Personal Development Plan {PSDOP-11}


The Personal Development Plan is a specific record that must be created for a Personnel Member.


Both planning as well as career history information can be recorded.


This option is only used to indicate that a Personal Development Plan is linked to the Personnel Member. The Skills and Competencies to be achieved, the studies towards Qualifications to be undertaken and the Planned Courses to be attended by the person are entered in options {PSDOP-12}, {PSDOP-13} and {PSDOP-14}.

Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Personal Development Plan.

The following information can be entered:

Description
Personnel Number N9  The Personnel Number. This field is for query purposes and cannot be updated.
PDP Number   The Personal Development Plan Number. This field is populated by the system when a new record is created.
Planned Start Date Date The date on which the Personal Development Plan will commence (mandatory).
Planned Completion Date Date The date on which the Personal Development Plan should be completed.
Review Plan Date Date The date on which the Personal Development Plan should be reviewed. The program will validate that this date is always later than the Planned Start Date.
Re-Align Plan (Yes/No) This field is for information purposes only and is printed on the Personal Development Plan report {PSDOPR-3}.
