Work Place Skills Plan {PSDOP-15}

The Work Place Skills Plan is a high level planning tool used to determine planned training for a group of personnel (Identified by Occupational Category) over a specific period of time.  Note that the planning entered through this screen is not for individuals, but for groups.

This high level planning is used in the comparison between individual Personal Development Plans (Planned Training per Occupational Title) {PSDOPR-2}, Available Service Providers {PSDOPR-2}) and Actual Activities (Detail Report on Education and Training {PSDOPR-2}, Summary Report on Education and Training {PSDOPR-2}).

Personnel and Posts are grouped by Occupational Category (see {PBOP-2} and {PACS-4}) in the reports.  The reports can also be used by South African Clients to assist in the completion of the Statutory Reports to be submitted to the relevant SETA {PSDOPR-2}.
