The Work Place Skills Plan is a
high level planning tool used to determine planned training
for a group of personnel (Identified by
Occupational Category) over a specific period of time. Note that the planning entered through this
screen is not for individuals, but for groups.
Personnel and Posts are grouped by Occupational Category (see {PBOP-2} and {PACS-4}) in the reports.
The reports can also be used by South African Clients to
assist in the completion of the Statutory Reports to be submitted to
the relevant SETA {PSDOPR-2}.
