as in the User Selection. A Permanent Appointment in this case is an Appointment where the Appointment Type is flagged as (P)ermanent in Appointment Types {PACS-1}. |
| 2 | If more than one service record exists for a person that satisfies the above rule, only the latest service record is used. |
| 3 | If a Permanent Appointment exists for the person after the end date as in the user selection, the person is ignored. |
| 4 | Gender from Personnel Biographical and the Status of the Group Code {GCS-7} entered on Personnel Biographical {PBOP-1}. |
