Personnel Claim Application Validation {PWEBM-15}

This program is used to grant Personnel Members access to submit a Secondary Appointment Contract Claim on behalf of another Personnel Member, through the iEnabler Personnel Claim System {p0003-6}.

As authorisation is given per Deparment Code , multiple records may exist for the same 'Person to capture claim / on behalf of ' combination.

Please Note : Functionality also exists on iEnabler Personnel Claims to allow Personnel Member to maintain who may submit claims on behalf of themselves . See ' Maintain Employees to Submit Claims on my Behalf '.

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Personnel Leave Application Validation.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Personnel to capture claim	N9	The Personnel Number of the person who is authorised to submit a claim on behalf of another Personnel Member .
On behalf of	N9	The Personnel Number of the Person for whom claims may be submitted.
Department Code	N10	The Primary Department of the Secondary Contract Post Number for which claims may be submitted.
