In this option the user defines a question set code and captures the questions of the question set.
The Question Set Code is defined in the first block and the Questions
are captured in the second block. Again, in order to link the
questions in block 2 to the correct Question Set Code in block 1, the
Question Set Code should be captured and saved in block 1 before
proceeding to block 2.
Note that in this option, block 2 allows
the question set questions to be out of sequence initially. (For
instance it will allow you to capture question 1 first, then
question 2, then question 4, etc.). However, the question set should have the questions in sequence in its final form.
Capture and save the question set code before proceeding to block 2.

Question Detail | The text that should appear on screen when the respondent answers the question must be given here. For a question set to be
presented through the Web, HTML code characters can be entered along
with the text for formatting purposes. For example: · <H1> Text </H1> will cause Text to appear in header 1 format, that is, with a different font size and font colour. · The same applies to H2, H3, H4 and H5. · <hr> will cause a horizontal line to appear on the screen. · $Answering Type$ will cause the Answer Descriptions linked to the specified Answering Type to appear in a line above the Question Detail, on the right hand side of the screen. This is used for a series of questions with a radio button answering type. |
