This program is used to define Funding Periods used by Generate EFT Data {REFT-4}.
Note that there should not be gaps between the End Date of a previous Funding Period and the Start Date of the next Funding Period
If Generate EFT Data {REFT-4} is to be done by Month instead of Funding Period, Funding Periods should be carefully defined to avoid more than one Funding Period spanning the same Month

|
---|---|
1 | A Funding Period record can be delete if it is not used in any Funding Period Data table (displayed in {REFT-3}). |
2 | The funding period code of a Funding Period record cannot change if it is used in any Funding Period Data table. |
3 | A warning will be shown when a Funding Period record's dates are changed and it is used in any Funding Period Data table. |
4 | The start and end date are very important and should be carefully defined at the beginning of the funding year. The start and end date define the period where students should be picked for the EFT calulation. Refer to {REFT-4} for more information. It should not be needed to change it during the course of the year because it may lead to conflicting data be reported. |
