The user can enter subject codes that will be created for an applicant where certain subject codes are exempted for entry requirements. The rules to be applied are discussed in detail where option {SCAO2-3} is discussed.

Citizenship | N3 | Enter a citizenship code. This code will be used in conjunction with the next field so as to indicate that the student's citizenship code as entered on his / her biographical must either match or not to the records selected when exemption records are created. |
Match? | A1 | Valid values for the field are (Y)es / (N)o. If a citizenship code is not entered, the cursor will not navigate to this field. This field will enable the program that creates the exemption records {SCAO2-3} to either include or exclude students that match the citizenship code. |
Country Code | N6 |
Enter the country code. This code will be used in conjunction with the next field so as to indicate that the student's country code, as entered on his / her biographical must either match or not to the records selected when exemption records are created. |
