Maintain Major Subject Specialisation Codes {SCODE-13}

This option is used to define major subject specialisation codes and the code is used in the Subject Definition {SACADO-10}.

Major Subject Specialization is used for printing of Endorsements on {STGRDOR-8} Graduation certificates
For Irish client it is used to record Take on Credits and Cumulative credits within a Subject stream
