Graduates per Ceremony for Certificates Details Report {STGRDOR-8}

This report is used to produce an XML file which can be given to users for printing of certificates for students linked on {SSTUD7-12} Qualification Results.

• The file and directory is maintained in option {STGRDOP-12} Graduation Path / File Names
• The Event Number is defined in option {STGRDOP-1} Maintain Event Definitions
• Document codes must be defined on {SLLL-1} to be able to insert a document code on {SLLL1-1}
• This file may be imported into an Excel spreadsheet by using the style sheet 'TXT2XLS'.

• The SOD 'LL' for subsystem 'GR' must be set on {SMNT-12} for the document code defined on {SLLL-1}. This document code will be used to keep a log of students included in previous runs of the program. If a student was already included, he/she will not be included in subsequent runs of the program.
  

The report assumes that

• Graduation Application exists on {STGRDOP-7}
  
• Certificate types {STGRDC-8} are linked to {SSTUD7-12} Qualification Results
• Subject Specialization for Teaching Competencies and Conversational Competencies are linked to Subjects on {SACADO-10}
  
• Major Subject Specializations {SCODE-13} are linked to Subjects and displayed only for Subjects that are marked as Major Subjects on the Curriculum
• Endorsements can added manually using {STGRDOP-21}
