Maintain Media Detail {SCODE3-21}

It is useful to record the source of interest of an enquirer. The following can prompt an enquiry:

A newspaper advertisement.
An article in a magazine.
Advice from a guidance teacher, etc.

This option allows for a list of such codes with descriptions to be created. Under option {SENQUR-1} all enquiries are linked to these codes.

Tab 1 - Media Code

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	A20	A Code for the particular prompt. It will be useful if the codes are selected as an abbreviated version of the description in order to be readily remembered. Note that the code may be 20 characters long, although only the first 6 letters of the code will be displayed on this screen.
Description	A30	A Description for the above code is given here.

Tab 2 - Media Subcode

Add a second tab on the program for the linking of Media Subcodes to a primary Media Code.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Media Subcode	A20	Enter a new 'Media Subcode'.
Media Subcode Name	A30	Enter the 'Media Subcode Name'.
Media Code	A20	Select the 'Media Code' from the LOV's. The 'Media Code' derived from tab 1 'Media Code'.
Media Name	A30	The Media Name will populate from the LOV's.
Active	A1	A List is available with the following values: NULL Y - Yes N - No
