At the start of the activities for a next examination, option {SEXAM7-5} is used to create all the partial records for that examination.
These can be viewed or updated under this option, which is used to:Before the information can be updated, the user must indicate which examination period he / she wishes to work in. The year and month is selected and then <NEXT BLOCK> will take the user to the second block.

| Examination Month | N2 | Examination Month of the examination. |
| Subject | A7 | The Subject to which the activity is linked. |
| Paper Number | N2 | The number of the paper. |
| Examination Date | DD-MON-YYYY | The date for the writing of this paper as defined in option {SEXAMT-1b1}. |
| Personnel Number | N9 | This field is initially empty. Where necessary, the personnel number of the person responsible for this activity can be entered here. |
| Activity | A4 | The code and the description of the particular activity are displayed. Activities are defined under option {SEXAM7-1}. |
| Due Date | DD-MON-YYYY | This date is calculated by the system by adding or subtracting the number of days for this activity, as defined under {SEXAM7-1}, from the date of the examination. |
| Finalised | A1 | A (Y)es is entered here when a particular activity has been completed and a (N)o if not. |
| Date Finalised | DD-MON-YYYY | The date on which the activity was completed. |
| Remarks | A100 | Any remark on this activity, such as reasons for delays or the recording of extensions can be entered here. |
