The activities that precede and follow the writing of an examination can be recorded here. In respect of each such activity, the following is recorded. The program used is the same as for {STGRDC-3} Maintain Check List Items and {SSCHRP-3} Maintain Step Definitions but the activity codes seen are driven by the parameter as defined on {USERS-1} TAB - Menu Instructions. The parameter value for this option is 'EXAM'.

| Days Due Before / After | N3 | The
number of days before or after the examination that an Activity / List
/ Step must be completed to allow sufficient time for
following activity. Activities that must be completed before the exam is entered as a negative number. Activities following the writing of the examination are entered as positive numbers. |
| Logical Sequence | N3 | Each Activity / List / Step is given a sequence number, starting at 1 for the first activity. |
| Active | A1 | Indicates if the Activity / List / Step code is active or not. |
| Auto Link | A1 | Should this Activity / List / Step be linked automatically to the student on {SSCHRP-8} Link Students in Bulk to Persons Involved in Activities. |
| Reporting Period | A3 | The Reporting period as defined in {SCODE3-11} is used by {SSCHRP-8} to link student automatically to Activities / List / Steps. |
