Reporting Periods {SCODE3-11}


Define Periods in which reporting will be done. Codes are used in Textual Types per Reporting Period {SCODE3-12} and Student Comments {SREGB-12}

Code A10  Reporting Period Code, to be used in the rest of the system.
Description A80 Description of the Reporting Period.
Alternate Description A80 Alternate Description of the Reporting Period
Sort Order N4 Sort Order of the Reporting Periods when it will be printed.
Active A1 Is the Reporting Period active to be used in the rest of the system?
Start Date DD-MON-YYYY Start Date of Reporting Period
End Date DD-MON-YYYY End Date of Reporting Period
Cut-Off Date DD-MON-YYYY Cut-Off date to determine the start date of the Reporting Period on the student. Example: If the student's enrolment date is less than Cut-Off date use the start of the Reporting Period Date, if it is greater than use the enrolment date of the student.
