Block 1: Textual Data Types per Reporting Periods

Field	Type & Length	Description
Academic Year	YYYY	Academic Year for the Comment on the Student / Subject / Qualification
Entity Indicator	A1	Student / Subject or Qualification
Active	A1	Is this combination of data valid for this Academic Year?
Entity Code	A7	Subject or Qualification code that the Textual Data Type/ Comment will be entered. This LOV is nuull for Entity Indicator "Student"
Reporting Period	A7	Reporting Period that the combination is valid for the Textual Data Type/ Comment, {SCODE3-1 1}
Textual Data Type	A10	Textual Data Type / Comment Code, as defined in {SCODE3-8}
Copy Data Types to Modules	A1	If the user tick this box the program will do a validation to check if any modules is linked to this mother subject in {SACADO-17}. If modules exists the program will copy a record of the mother subject to each of the modules. A message will display at the bottom of the page with all the module subjects that has being copied. Do a new query to see the module subject records inserted
