Maintain Steps Definitions {SSCHRP-3}

This option is used to maintain check Steps.  This code structure will be used in {SSCHRP-8}. The program used is the same as for {SEXAM7-1} but the Step codes seen are driven by the parameter as defined on {USERS-1} Tab Menu Instructions. The parameter value for this option is 'STUDENTREP'.
