Maintain Stats Attributes - called from various other programs

This program may be used to enter and update stats data elements related to specific entities in the system.

The fields available depends on the country code and institution type assigned to the system when it was installed. (Country Code and Institution Type cannot be changed by the user) and are used for statutory reporting purposes.

Block 1:

This block is not navigable and provides context information to inform the user of the context of the data in block 2.

These fields are automatically populated by the calling program.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Table		The stats table code. Table code is defined by the system and refers to the type of entity.
Reference 1		A first reference used to uniquely identify the entity.
Reference 2		A second reference that is used to uniquely identify the entity
Description		A description for the second reference.

Block 2:

This block may be used by the user to assign values to the stats fields for the entity.

Each record in this block refers to one stats field, the value of the field is to be entered in the "Value" - field in the screen
The records in this block are automatically populated with the "Value" - field blank.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Field Code	N3	Each stats table code has a unique set of stats fields relating to it. The field code identifies the field
Field Name		A name for the field will display
Value	A40	The value for the field is entered in this field Although the overall field type and size is A40, the system will validate the type and size depending on the field code, for example some field codes will only allow numeric values. Note that, although a list of values sign appears for all field codes, the list of values is not available for some of the field codes. Where a list of values is available and the program will validate that the value corresponds to the list of values.
Description		For fields where a list of values with a code and description is available for field "Value", the applicable description will display here when the code is entered in the "Value" - field.
