This option is used to print the possible subjects a student may enroll for in the next registration, used at registration.

Sort Order Per Comments
      Qualification order per Student Number.
Subjects order per Period of Study on the curriculum.		     


System Select    
     For Qualifications:
     Only Primary Qualifications.
     Excluding statuses linked to students on {SREGL-1} where statuses leads to action 'PW' or 'FW' and today's date is between start and end date
     or end date is blank.
   For Subjects:
     Registration system cycle (type 'R') should be open for the input year, Subject's block code and offering type.
     Excluding inactive subjects on the curriculum.
     In service subjects.

Processing
Rules		    
   If a student has a status linked in {SREGL-2} with an action of 'PW' or 'FW', a message will display: "Student NNNNNNNNN has exclusions linked to PW or FW".
   Academic structure works from input year.
    

If no records were found in Qualification registration {SREGAR-1}/{SDREGA-1} for the input year,  then Qualification registration will be checked for the input year -1.
Only after this will application {SNAPPA-3} be checked for the input year with a status that leads to ad mittens 'Y', and application is not cancelled.

Registration system cycle (type 'R') should be open for the input year, Qualification's block code and offering type.

Faculty of the qualification should exist in code structure {GCS-3}.

Department of the qualification should exist in code structure {GCS-4}
   NB no exam type is available when the fee value is calculated here, it may differ from the fee charged, when an exam type is available.
When the active indicator on curriculum is 'P' the subject remarks will display "Prev enrollment is needed".

Exclude subjects when:
  • Subjects passed or result is blank.
  • Pre-requisite not passed.
  • Any substitute not passed.
  • Exposure subjects not registered for.
