Secondary Exam Marks Entry (Alpha) {SSTUD2-8}


This option is identical to option {SSTUD2-7} above, but inserts the validation mark. The validation check is again done via option {SSTUD2-22}. Only students that did not cancel as well as with exam admission ‘Y’ will be displayed.
 

If the on-line validation “VC” is set to (Y)es in option {SMNT-1}, TAB - Validation Control, the system will not allow the user to continue unless the difference in the marks entered in the primary and secondary options has been rectified. If the validation is set to (N)o, there will be warnings when differing marks are entered and these can be seen when the validation report is run.
