Run Final Mark Adjustments {SSTUD6-4}

It is possible to limit the Final Marks to be adjusted to a selected subset of students by selecting the appropriate group when this option is activated. If a student is linked to action code 'UR' or "QR', the system will not adjust the Final Mark.

The program will only allow updates in respect of year and examination month combinations that are active in the system cycle 'E' (Enter Exam Marks) in {SSTUDY-1}.

{SSTUD6-2} must be used to specify rounding of final marks.

When the recalculation indicator is set as 'Y' in {SCODE-23} for result codes, and the answer to the prompt 'Apply Result Code Recalc Indicator' is 'Y', the program will recalculate and update the final mark and result code.

If the recalculation indicator is set as 'N' in {SCODE-23} for result codes, and the answer to the prompt 'Apply Result Code Recalc Indicator' is 'Y', the program will recalculate the final mark and update it, but will not recalculate and update the result code.

Irrespective of the setting of the recalculation indicator in {SCODE-23}, if the answer to the prompt 'Apply Result Code Recalc Indicator' is 'N', the program will ignore the recalculation indicator and will calculate and update the marks and result codes as usual.

A report is generated that lists the original Final Mark and Final Result and the adjusted mark and the adjusted result.

If the recalculation indicator is set as 'Y' and the answer is 'N' to the prompt, the program will ignore the adjustments.
