Annual Result Calculation Group {SSTUDP-7}

This option allows for updates to Subjects within Groupings that will be used for Annual Result Calculation during Auto Promotion.

This option uses the Groupings that is set up in {SACAD-11}.

Note that Compulsory subjects must not be included in any group as they will be in a pre-selected list if only one block / offering type / study period combination on the curriculum is available.

The set-up of the groups include

The sequence in which the groups must be displayed.
Minimum and maximum number of subjects that must / can be taken from any group.

This program is sensitive to User Restriction {SMNT-5} "SGRP - Restrict Subject Groups".

Block 1:

Field	Type & Length	Description
Year	N4	The Academic Year for which the group will be valid.
Qualification Code	A6	This is the qualification code to be used.
Offering Type	A1	Enter the Offering Type of the Qualification for which the Group will be valid for the academic year.
Group Code	A6	This is the group code to be used.
Study Period	A1	Enter the Study Period for the Qualification / Offering Type combination.
Minimum Subject	N3	Enter the minimum number of subjects allowed in the group.
Maximum Subject	N3	Enter the maximum number of subjects allowed in the group.
Sequence	N2	Enter the sequence in which the subjects must be displayed on the Web Registration.
