Annual Result Calculation Results {SSTUDP-9}


This option is used to display Student validation results as performed in the Annual Result Calculation (ARC) Stage of Auto Promotion. 


Fields in this option:

Block 1:  Maintain Student Validation Results

Field Type

Length		 Description
Student Number N9  Student number of student that was evaluated
Year N4 Academic year of Student Registration
Qualification A6 Qualification of Student Registration.
Approval Stage A5 Only Approval Stage ARC (Annual Result Calculation) is displayed.
Validation Rule A4 Validation rule as set up on {SSTUDP-15} that was evaluarted.  Validation rules are linked to the Annual Result Calculation stage on {SSTUDP-16}
Successful A1 Indicate if validation rule was evaluated as successful or not.
  • A - Not applicable. This rule does not apply to the particular student.
  • D - Data Problem. The function expects parameter values but it does not exist. Users must define the parameter values before the progression stage rule can be excuted.
  • N - Not successful. The student did not comply with the requirements of the rule.
  • Y - Successful. The student complies with all the requirements of the rule.
Change Reason A2 Override reason codes {SCODE-33} will display on list of values if Successful indicator was modified.
Date DD-MON-YYYY HH:MM The date and time on which record is created.
User Display only User that initiated Annual Result Calculation.
System Display only System Code i to indicate Student system.
Process Code Display only Process code to indicate Annual Result Calculation
