Infoslips - Maintain Logfile {SSTURIN-4}

The detail of all the different report executions for one specific infoslip exercise can be viewed in this menu. It is the main source of data from which the BIO file is created, which in turn identifies which students will receive an infoslip email.

This is a view only option; data cannot be deleted or manipulated in this option. {SSTURIN-6} is used to delete entries per selection criteria combination (Run Code, Element Indicator and Range Code).

When a student has more than one enrollment that fits the criteria, he/she will be selected only once since only one infoslip document per student is generated. If multiple enrollments fall in different faculties, the program only selects the faculty of the Primary Enrollment for the Academic Year selected.

Exception: a student will get more than one infoslip when:

If all the Run Elements have been deleted from the Logfile, the BIO element entries will also be deleted to prevent a student from receiving an empty infoslip, (i.e. the infoslip will contain a biographical page and letters containing no information).
