Class Lists per Group {SSTURL-2}


This program is used to produce lists of students linked to different Group Types. The same program is used in options {SSTURL-1} and {SSTURL-5} with different parameters.

This option produces lists for all Group Types i.e. ‘C – Class group’, ‘P – Practical Group’ and ‘T – Tutorial Group’.

The report prints the selection criteria only on page one of the multi-page report. All the consecutive pages will display the institution name, the title of the report and the page headings e.g. faculty, department subject etc. See example below:

  • If a Lecturer is specified, only the class list(s) where this lecturer is the primary lecturer will be printed. 
  • If ALL is chosen, all lecturers for the specified subject(s) will be printed on the class list(s). 
  • If the LOV is used, all primary lecturers, based on the year, faculty, department, group type and group value, will be listed.
  • The LOV cannot display the primary lecturers based on the subject and offering type, because these are both multiple parameters (allow up to 10).
