Copy ACTion ITS Timetable Cycle into new ACTion ITS Timetable Cycle {STIMEEX-21}

This option is used to copy an existing ACTion Timetable Cycle into New ITS ACTion Timetable Cycles.

Existing ACTion Timetable Cycles can be viewed in {STIMEEX-23}, after it has been loaded through {STIMEEX-20}.

A Pattern specifies the length of a Cycle, and differs from a normal ITS Cycle in that it is more than the normal five days, from Monday to Friday, and can span across multiple weeks when copied; the result is that all weeks don't look the same as is the case with the normal five day ITS Cycles.

Enter Year to Copy ACTion Timetable	N4	The active Academic Year the timetable is copied for.
Enter Offering Type	A2	Select a valid Offering Type from the dropdown list.
Enter the Pattern to Copy ACTion Timetable: 1. Five Day Pattern [2]. Six Day Pattern Enter Your Choice	N1	Select a (1). Five Day Pattern or [2]. Six Day Pattern (default), for the Cycle to be copied in. This has to be the same as the Pattern of the Cycle you are going to copy, as in {STIMEEX-23}.
Start Copy from Last ACTion Timetable Cycle	N2	Because you are rolling forward from the time frame for which Timetables are already loaded for, the last Loaded Timetable Cycle will default into this field, but it still has to be acknowledged through [ENTER] to take effect. View Loaded Cycles in {STIMEEX-23}.
Enter number of ACTion Timetable Cycle(s) to repeat	N2	Enter the number of Cycles you want to create.
Ignore Fridays	A1	Should Fridays be igored, default = [Y]es.
Schedule on Holidays	A1	Should Holidays be scheduled on, default = [N]o. Holidays are defined in {GOPS-2}.
