Import Salary Scales to {FPRG-1} - {FPRG-16}


This option is used to import  salary scales in bulk into {FPRG-1}.

If records already exist for the Scale cylce, they will be printed.  Existing records will be removed first, when run in Update mode and the file upload is successful.   

The file being uploaded is validated.  Errors will need to be resolved and the file imported again.

Prior to importing the salary scales, the new cycle for the scale sets must be created in {FPRM-4}.

The correct csv file layout is:
Scale Cycle, Scale Code, Prior Code, Start of Scale, Increment, End of scale

The CSV file must be stored in the directory defined in {BATCH-7} Sub System PAYR Code Scales.
