Create Old Notch File {FPRU-1}
This program copies all salary notches and
barrier notches into the old notch file, which is used to Create New Notches {FPRU-2}.
In order to determine which notches should be copied into the old notch
file, the system selects the maximum scale cycle from
the cycle for scale sets {FPRM-4}
minus 1 to determine the end cycle. The latest available
notch that is active for this cycle will be populated into the old
notch file. The user may indicate a corresponding new notch for every
current notch.
The information in Create New Notches {FPRU-2} may then be used to adjust the Salary Notches of Employees in bulk with Update Employee with New Notch {FPRU-3}.
No report is produced.
