This option is used to maintain commission codes for agents. Commission codes are linked to earning / deduction codes, commission percentage and salary levels in {FSAC-4} which is used:
In {SDREGA-1} "Qualification/Subject Registration and {SDREGC-1} "Change Qualification"where student qualification and subject registrations may be link to a agent and commission code.
The system will make the agent and commission code part of the fee records that are raised to the Student Account {FSAO-7}. Although agent and commission form part of the fee records, they are not display in this option.
User may correct incorrect allocations of agent and/or commission codes in {FSAM1-1} "Correct Agent Code on Student"
The payroll interface {FSAO1-24} will calculate agents commission and create the required records in the Payroll subsystem.
The following information is necessary to maintain the commission codes:
