Academic Blocks are created in option {SCODE2-1} and link to Academic Year in option {GOPS-1}. A default dgreement Code can be linked per Academic Year to every Block . That default Code is then applicable to all students who register for that block. Individual Agreement Codes can be negotiated with some students and other Agreement Codes can then be linked to them. It is not mandatory to have an Agreement Code for every block. If there is not an Agreement Code linked to a Block, the system will get the default Payment Agreement Code from {FCSM-1}.
On this screen, the Year and Block Codes can be queried. The Year, Block Code, English and Alternate Descriptions, are displayed. None of these fields can be updated on this screen.
