Supervisors Area {P00003-5}

This option is designed to allow Supervisors access to view details of the personnel directly reporting to them and to view and maintain Key Performance Areas, Tasks and Skills/Competencies of posts in their establishment. A performance evaluation facility that allows the supervisor maintain evaluation details of subordinates while viewing their self-evaluations is part of this area.

• My Employees. 
• This option display a list of employees where the end user is indicated to be the supervisor or senior. The list allows the end user to :
• Access a screen with the personal detail of an employee with a link to view or maintain the performance evaluation information of the employee.
• Access screens where the Key Performance Areas, Skills/Competencies and Tasks Related to the posts of each employee may be maintained.
• If an active Job Profile exists for the employee, this may be accessed by using the drill-down "View Job Profile" functionality.

• My Post Establishment
• This option displays a list of posts, where the post of the end user logged in is indicated to be the senior post. 
• The list allows the end user to access the screens referred to above where the Key Performance Areas, Skills/Competencies and Tasks Related to the posts may be maintained. 
• It also allows the end user to "drill-down" on a selected post to see the same screen but for posts where the selected post is indicated to be the senior post. 
• If an active Job Profile exists for the Post this may be accessed by using the drill-down "View Job Profile", the Job Profile per Post and Grade will display.
