Earning Codes per Person Type and Rank {PACS2-12}

This option allows the System Administrator to link Earning Codes {FPRG-6} and iEnabler Secondary Contract Claim Rule Codes {PACS2-14} to Person Types and Remuneration Types to be used by the iEnabler Appointments when creating the Secondary Appointment Contract on {PAOP-2}.

Refer to Overview of the iEnabler Appointments for more information.

If an Earnings Code and /or a Claim Type has been entered in this screen for a Person Type / Remuneration Type combination it will be used, otherwise the Eanings Specified in the System Operational Definition Parameters {GCS2-11} below will be used and the Claim Type field will be null.

'E1' – Annual salary
'E2' – Adhoc Claims
'E4' – User define rates time quantity
'E5' – User define fixed monthly amount

Field	Type & Length	Description
Person Type Code	A2	Only Person Types that are active may be used for.
Remuneration Type	A2	This indicates the Remuneration Type linked to the person type.
Earning Code	A4	This indicates the ED Code to be used for the Person Type / Remuneration Type combination.
Claim Type	A4	LOV will include all active Claim Type defined on {PACS2-14}.
