Code Structure to Define iEnabler Claim Rules {PACS2-14}

This is a user defined Code Structure used to define Claim Types and set the rules that are to be applied for claims submitted through iEnabler Claims system for Secondary contract {PACS2-12}.
If SOD 'CF' is set to 'Y'es {FPRM-9} i.e for a Claims to be submitted in a Date and Time Format.

Mandatory for Document to be Attached	Y/N	Indicate whether Supporting Documentation needs to be attached for this claim.
Allow claim on Public Holidays	Y/N	Indicate on the claim rule whether claims are allowed on Public Holidays
Allow claim on Saturdays	Y/N	Indicate on the claim rule whether claims are allowed on Saturdays
Allow claim on Sundays	Y/N	Indicate on the claim rule whether claims are allowed on Sundays
Prohibit Monday to Friday	Y/N	Indicate on the Claim Rule whether Weekdays are prohibited
From	HH:MM	Enter the Start Time
To	HH:MM	Enter the End Time
Inactive Date	D11	Enter a date when the Claim rule is no longer valid.
