Generate Automated email notifications when Work Permits are expiring <= 45 days {PAOPR1-9}

This menu option is used to kick off route 'WRKP' where email notifications will be sent as set up on {GROU-1}, when a Work Permit{PBOP-23} is expiring in <= 45 days’ time (validated to sysdate when the process is run).

This allows the HR Department to keep track of expiring Work Permits, prior to them expiring.

This menu options allows you to run the report in Trial or in Update Mode.

Running the menu option in Trial Mode will enable the user to see which Work Permits are expiring in <= 45 days’ time without an email being generated.

If the report is run in Update Mode, routing type ‘WRKP’ {GROU-1} is kicked off, a routing request number is created {GROU-2} and an email notification is generated.
The routing setup can be defined to send an email to HR and/or the personnel member within X number of days, prior to the Work Permit expiring.

It is recommended that this process is defined in {BATCH-8} to run as a scheduled task, to automate the process.
