Work Permit Detail   {PBOP-23}


Details regarding the Work Permits of employees may be entered here.


The following programs use information recorded in this screen:
 An automated email notification may be generated, notifying when Work Permits are expiring in <= 45 days’ time, by defining the email notification routing path for Routing Type ‘WRKP’ {GROU-1} and either generating {PAOPR1-9 Create Automated Email Notifications when a Work permit is expiring in <= 45 days’ time} or linking {PAOPR1-9} to run as a scheduled job {BATCH-8}.

If the above functionality is used, the Routing Request Number generated is displayed in the Routing Number field of the Work Permit.
Emails are only generated for in-service personnel, where a Work Permit with a later Start Date has not already been defined for the personnel number.

Routing Number N12 The Routing Request Number generated for the email notification, when {PAOPR1-9} is run, Routing Type ‘WRKP’.This field is displayed only, details of the email notification can be viewed on {GROU-2}
