This menu option is used to send an automated email notification
to applicants who applied for a position, were shortlisted for the position
(i.e. Application Status is set to either ‘F’ Shortlisted, Interview in
Progress’ or ‘C’ Shortlisted, Interview Notification Email Sent) but their
application was unsuccessful after this process.
When run in Update Mode, the Applicants Status will be updated
from ‘F’ Shortlisted, Interview in Progress’ or
‘C’ Shortlisted, Interview Notification Email Sent (determined by Batch
Prompts entered, see below), to ‘J’ Unsuccessful, Shortlisted Email Sent
{PERS-1}
Routing Type 'PER6' (Email Unsuccessful Shortlisted
Applicants) {GROU-1}
is used for the email notification, the email address for each applicable
applicant who meets the criteria above, is selected from the applicants details
{PERA-1}. The following details are
written to Seq0 of the email notification.
These details may be used when defining the email contents.
