This program may be used to copy Approved Leave Applications from the Personnel iEnabler into the Leave Records {PLOP-1} / {PLOP-10}.
Depending on the leave calc method set up in {PLCS-3}, leave records spanning over 2 months (for a Monthly calc method), over a calendar year end (Yearly on first of January), or over 2 leave cycles where applicable to a longer term, can be split when copying the iEnabler Leave Records to the Back Office.
NB: Manual calculation leave records - Leave calc 9 used for a leave type {PLCS-3} will not be split as there are no specific rules to determine the splitting of manual leave records.
