Key Performance Areas {PPJC-3}

This option is used to maintain and create Key Performance Area Code Structure (KPA's).

Key Performance Areas are used to define requirements of both the Post and the person filling the Post.  Refer to Key Performance Areas per Post {PPEO-6}.

Key Performance Areas may also be used to define requirements in Advert Design {PERC-2} on Job Profile Template {PPJO-1}, Job Profile per Post and Grade {PPJO-2} and Job Profile per Person {PPJO-3}.

KPA Code A4 A code to identify the Key Performance Area (mandatory).
KPA Description A400 A description of the KPA (mandatory).
Alternate Description A80 An alternate description of the KPA.
Remarks A2000 Free text remarks for the KPA may be entered in this field
Inactive Date D11 Inactive date (DD-MON-YYYY).  Date on which Key Performance becomes inactive.
