Key Activity Indicators / Task Codes {PPJC-4}

This option is used to create and maintain Key Activity Indicators / Task Codes, Code Structures.

Tasks Codes (Duties) {PPEO-7} are associated with Posts {PPEO-1}.  For more information, refer to Post Tasks {PPEO-7}.  Key Activities / Task Codes linked to Posts are linked to Key Performance Areas {PPJC-3}.  


Codes set up in this option are used by Job Profile Template {PPJO-1}, Job Profile per Post and Grade {PPJO-2}, Job Profile per Person {PPJO-3} and Advert Design {PERC-2}.  Key Activity Indicators / Task Codes are used to itemise requirements of a Key Performance Area of a Post or a person filling the Post.

Remarks A2000 Free text remarks for the task may be entered here
Inactive date D11 Inactive date (DD-MON-YYYY).  (Date on which Key Activity/Task link to KPA's becomes can no longer be used).
