HR Staff Listing {PPMO-4}
This menu option is used to by HR who act on behalf of employees for a department.
In order for HR to make use of this functionality, a record needs to be created on {GCS-10} where HR Staff need to be linked to Communication Type (PMHR).
HR Staff are able to login into the iEnabler on behalf of employees on the Performance Management System.
HR Staff are able to create personnel KPA and submit Performance Agreements:
Submit new agreement on behalf of staff indication the following:

Once the new Performance Agreement is submitted, the details of the Routing will appear at the botton of the screen:
Once the Performance Agreement has been submitted, The Senior {PBOP-1} may log onto the iEnabler to Approve the Perfomance Agreement:
When the Performance Agreement has been approved, the senior may then only 'view' the Performance Agreement:
If a Performance Agreement has been rejected by the Manager/Direct
Senior, the staff member has the ability to submit a
disagreement/dispute which will be routed to HR for modification before
being submitted to the Senior/Manager for the second time for
approval/rejection.
Performance Agreement rejected by Senior/Manager
Performance Agreement disputed by Staff member:
A new route is kicked off to HR to modify the Dispute:
HR will submit the dispute to the manager for
approval, where the Manager/Direct Senior will be able to
approve/reject the disputed Agreement.
The Manager/Direct Senior will then be able to action Performance Agreement:
