Key Activities / Tasks Codes linked to KPA's {PPJC-5}

This option may be used to link Key Performance Areas {PPJC-3} to Key Activity Indicators / Task Codes {PPJC-4}.

Key Activity / Tasks Linked to KPA's are used when setting up Job Profile Template {PPJO-1}, Job Profile per Post and Grade {PPJO-2}, Job Profile per Person {PPJO-3} and in Job Advert Design {PERC-2}.

The Tasks for a Key Performance Area will be restricted to what is set up on this option.

KPA Code A4 Key Performance Area Code defined in Key Performance Areas {PPJC-3}. (Mandatory).
KPA Description A400 KPA Description of the KPA Code selected.
Key Activity / Task Code A4 Key Activity / Task Codes defined in {PPJC-4} will display. (Mandatory).
Key Activity/Task Description A400 Key Activity / Task Code Description is the description of the Key Activity / Task Code, defined above.
Inactive Date D11 Inactive Date (DD-MMM-YYYY) is the date from which the KPA Code is no longer valid.
