Bulk Copy of Graduates {SALUM-25}

This option can be used to do a bulk copy of graduates in a specified year from the 'live' student database to the alumni sub-system.

A report is produced, which lists all the students who were copied, and the program will preclude the duplicate copying of any students who are already on the Alumni Sub-system. The following detail is copied:

Biographical detail
Address and Contact details
Indicators from the Residence tab on {SALUM-6} are created for the last Residence where the student was registered.

Copy (C)urricular, (S)pecific Qualification Type or ALL (A1)	A1	(C)urricular copies graduates with qualifications linked to the following subsidy types: A - Normal B - First Time Entering, and D - Mixed. (S)pecific will include all Qualifications where 'Copy to Alumni' indicator on {SCODE3-1} is set to 'Y'. ALL then both curricular and non-curricular graduates will be copied.
