Maintain Student Subject Groups {SNAPPAA-7}

This option is used to indicate the subject group for which the student applies. For each application that exists in {SNAPPA-3}, multiple subject group application records may exists. Once the student has been admitted for a specific subject group, the subject group value will be populated in {SNAPPA-3}.

The group values must exist in {SACAD-11}.

The admission statuses must exist in {SCODE-26}.

The student must have an Application Record for the year /block / choice combination on {SNAPPA-3}.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Student	N9	The Applicant Number.
Year	YYYY	The Year for this subject group application.
Block Code	A2	A valid Application block.
Application Choice	N3	The Qualification Choice of the Corresponding Qualification Application.
Subject Group Code	A6	The Application Subject Group Code. A <LIST> of values is available, according to the Subject Group Combinations set up, for the specified year, in {SACAD-11}.
Admit	A2	The Admit Status. A <LIST> of values is available.
Cancel Reason	A1	The Cancellation Reason. A <LIST> of values is available.
Cancel Date	DD-MON-YYYY	The Date on which the record was cancelled.
