Validate For STATS {SPOPS-5}

This program may be used to validate the data in the Space System for Statistical reporting.

Based on the Input Parameter, it provides a list of all Buildings from {SPCS-4} that are linked to a Campus on {SPCS-1} that does not have any Room linked to it on {SPOPS-1}.
