Run {SREGL-9} to download the .csv file. The file will be created for the sub-system on {USERS-1b3} in the Parameter 1
field to the directory as defined on {BATCH-7} for System 'FILED', Function 'EXCSTD'.
Then run {SREGL-12} to 'Open' or 'Save' the file to a users choice directory on their workstation or desktop etc.
After
the changes has been done on the .csv file, run {SREGL-11} to upload
the file from the users workstation or desktop back to the 'server'
Thereafter run {SREGL-10} to change the student's statuses.
Example: Parameter 1 indicate the 'Function' on {BATCH-7}.
Example: Indicate the 'System', 'Function' and 'Directory' to be used to download the files.
