File download from Server (STUD) (SREGL-12)

This program will download the file from the server to the users workstation / laptops etc. On {BATCH-7} the user needs to create a directory where from the file needs to be downloaded for 'System - FILED', 'Function - EXCSTD' and 'Suffix - .csv'.

Please take note: The process to upload / download files are the following:

Run {SREGL-9 } to create the .csv file with student's status detail.
Then run {SREGL-12} to 'Open' or 'Save' the file to a users choice directory on their workstation or desktop etc.
The user to change student's status detail on the .csv file.
Run {SREGL-11} to upload the file from the users workstation to the server.
Run {SREGL-10} to change the student's status records on the server.

Example: Parameter 1 indicate the 'Function' on {BATCH-7}.

Example: Indicate the 'System', 'Function' and 'Directory' to be used to download the files.

Example: Run the program to download the file from the server as created with {SREGL-9}.
