This option allows the recording
of graduation detail in respect of a student. Data may be entered
manually in this option.
The "Qualification Award" record must be created in {SSTUD7-2}, TAB - Qualification Blocks before this option can be used. A record is queried here and the fields that can be updated are completed.
The Central Booking System, which has a comprehensive seat allocation facility, will update the information in this block if that system is used.

| Attending Y / N | A1 | This field is entered to indicate whether the student will attend the graduation ceremony or not. |
| Block Number | A2 | The block in the venue where the ceremony takes place is identified here. |
| Row Number | A2 | The row number where the student will be seated. |
| Seat Number | N4 | The seat number allocated to the student. |
| Number of Guests Allowed | N2 | The number of guests that a student is allowed to bring to the ceremony is displayed here (from the default information in option {SSTUD8-1}). This is a display field only. |
| Number of Guests | N2 | The actual number of guests (per student) who will attend the ceremony. |
| Absent | A1 | Indicates if the student was absent from the graduation Ceremony. |

{SCODE3-1}, TAB -Qualification Types, for the type of qualification: |

| Certification | Tick Box | To indicate if a certificate will be issued or not. The value of the field "Certification" for the qualification type combination defined in {SCODE3-1}, TAB - Qualification Types, will be displayed here. |
