Maintain Auto Progression Stage Codes {SSTUDP-14}


This option is used to set up the Stages that will be applied within the Auto Promotion process when evaluating if a student can be promoted to the next study period.


These stages are executed when processing the Auto Promotion engine {SSTUDP-17}.  Examples of the typical stages are:

Description
Stage Code A5 The user to define a 'Stage Code'.  
Description A80 The description of the 'Stage Code'.
Sequence N3 The 'Sequence' will be populated, but is updateable by the user.
Final Stage Y / N The Final stage indicator is not used.
Active Y / N Only Active Stages will be processed by the Promotion engine.
Terminate Y / N If Terminate is set to Yes, the stage will fail if any rule linked to the stage fails and the process will terminate (Subsequent stages will not kick off) for the student being processed.
