This option is used to maintain certificate type decision dates. The decision date willl be displayed on {STGRDOP-7} when the certificate type is linked.
Qualification Codes must be defined on {SACADO-4} - Blocks.

| Qualification Code | A6 | Enter a valid qualification code from the list of values. |
| Block Code | A2 | The block code defaults when qualification code is entered from the list of values. |
| Year | N4 | The academic year defaults when qualification code is entered from the list of values. |
| Decision Date | DD-MON-YYYY | Enter decision date for the certificate type, the decision date cannot be greater than the academic year. |
| Certificate Type | A5 | Enter a valid certificate type from the list of values. Users cannot create new certificate types here. |
| Active | A1 | Indicate if this certificate type is active or not (Y/N). |
