This option is used to maintain Assessment Question Definition, Comments and Subject Topics. On
selection of this option, the user will be navigated to Block 2. On
<Next Block> the cursor will be moved to B3 and then B1.
If a query is done on block 2 the detail that exists on b1 and b3 will
be populated. The user may however query a record on any of the 3
blocks directly. This data will be used with {TASKS1-2}, entry of question marks.
