Default SMS Messages {FBLM-9}

This option allows the user to set up default SMS messages that can be individually send to students from {FBLO-4} and {FBNO-2}.

Third party service provider account information needed for the SMS functionality to work is set up in {FBLM-8} and {GSMSAPI-1}.

The following user restrictions apply when SMS messages are send from {FBLO-4} and {FBNO-2}:

BSMS - Create SMS Message - Access is given to users to send individual SMS messages by linking the user to this restriction in {FBLM-7}.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Default SMS Messages

Field	Type & Length	Description
Message Code	A5	User defined SMS code
Description	A30	User defined SMS description
Subsystem	A2	Displays BL - bursaries and loans
Active	A1	If active, the message will be available to users that will be allowed to send SMS Messages to students. If the message is not applicable anymore it must be set to inactive.
Update	A1	If yes, the user will be able to add to the default message at the time that the SMS is send to the student.
SMS Message	A450	The default SMS message that must be send to students.
