Individual Salary Scales {FPRI-3}

This option allows the maintenance of an individual's salary scales. For more information about Salary Scales refer to Salary Scales Detail {FPRG-1}.

General Information:

Undesired sub-scale(s) may be deleted.
Sub-scale(s) for employees may be added by creating new records.
Upon exiting from this screen, the system allows the validation of salary notches against assigned scales for all employees.
When a person has resigned, no name will appear against his / her number; such records may be deleted from time to time.

The import and export functionality has been added to this application.

Fields in the option:

Panel Box 1: Allocation of Salary Scales.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Number	N9	Personnel number.
Name	A40	This is a display field.
Scale	N4	The Scale Codes entered here are validated against the Salary Scales {FPRG-1} applicable to the Cycle for Scale Sets {FPRM-4} as indicated in the (A)utomatic Increases - record of the Run Cycle Control File {FPRM-2}.
Code Scale	A80	This field displays the detail of the scale.
